FAQs
The starting point for the process is a structured interview with you on the current situation, the pain points and your objectives
We then draw up the invitation to tender, which consists of two parts: a project description and a service catalog. We invite between 6 and 10 pre-qualified market participants to submit bids.
Before submission, there are usually a few rounds of coordination with the participants to ensure that the order is clear. We then receive the bids, which are put into a comparative evaluation form after an initial review. From this, we recommend a shortlist of 3 providers, which we then visit together and scrutinize on site.
The entire process takes between 6 - 8 weeks

Clear answer:
if your logistics are preventing you from expanding your business.
These questions will help you to decide whether a fulfillment service provider makes sense for you or not:
1. how much of your time and the time of people in your company is tied up in your own logistics? Think, for example, of personnel management and recruitment
2. can you scale without problems? Even with drops and peaks? Is there enough space available?
3. Is logistics part of your core business, which you are particularly good at? 3PL providers are also good at customizing or individualization. Above all, however, they focus on logistics and are really good at it.

Zusammenstellung von Teemischungen) oder einfach, weil du dicht am Versand sein willst.
